Purchase Options & Pre-Order Policy

When you choose a pre-order option with Epic, you are reserving your items before they arrive at our warehouse. This ensures you secure your favorite packs ahead of time. Below are the transparent terms regarding how our pre-order purchases are billed, shipped, and managed.

1. Payment & Billing

  • Upfront Payment: Unlike a standard backorder, payment for pre-order items is collected fully upfront at the time of checkout. This secures your allocation from our incoming production run.

  • Price Guarantee: The price paid at checkout is locked in. Even if retail prices change before the stock arrives, your order will not be subject to any price increases.

2. Timelines & Shipping Windows

  • Estimated Shipping: We always display an estimated shipping window (e.g., "Expected to ship Mid-June") directly on the product page and during checkout. While we do our best to hit these windows perfectly, timelines are estimates and can occasionally shift slightly due to production or transit variables.

  • Mixed Carts: If your order contains a mix of both pre-order items and currently in-stock items, the entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item arrives. If you need your in-stock items delivered immediately, please place two separate orders.

3. Cancellations & Order Modifications

We know plans change. You can cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before the item enters the fulfillment and shipping process.

  • How to Cancel: To cancel a pending pre-order, simply email our team at hello@drinkepic.com with your order number.

  • Once Shipped: Once a pre-order has been processed, packed, and a tracking number has been generated, it can no longer be canceled or intercepted and is subject to our standard Refunds & Returns Policy.
